House built with local materials in Uruguay

My real estate column this week features a house laid out in a long, narrow rectangle. All four bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen all have ocean views. The photographer didn’t catch the gorgeous rock garden with native succulents. There’s also a roof deck.
